FreeRunner Return Policy
- All returns must be authorized. To receive authorization for a return, contact Customer Support to obtain a Return Validation number known as an RV number. If a unit arrives DOA (dead on arrival) we will replace the unit free of charge.
DOA (Dead On Arrival)
- All items must be returned in a new condition.
All original documents and packaging must be included. Also include the original invoice with the RV number written on it.
- If you were to receive a defective item, you must notify us within 30 calendar days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or
exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not
validate your return or exchange. Once you receive your Return Validation number, you must than ship the item(s) back within the specified time period (14 calendar days) to receive an exchange or the RV number will become null and void.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
- Customer Support only validates returns for purchases made through Openmoko.com. Please contact your Distributor for information on returns in your location.
CANCELLATION
- 20% handling fee charged for cancellations within 24 hours of placing
an order.
